Our lending sources all have a desire to make loans to quality borrowers who increase real estate values via property renovations. Some sources require little to no capital whereas other traditional lenders required as much as 20% capital participation.
We do not charge any application fees and only get paid upon approval and funding of the desired loan. Our fee is only 1% of the value of the subject property being financed.
